Additional Warranty Parts Information
Please open a support ticket, or call us to obtain a return materials authorization number (RMA). In general, we issue prepaid electronic shipping labels for return parts, but in some cases it may be necessary for a customer to arrange a return for repair. RMA parts/components should be appropriately packaged, and contain the RMA number on the outside of the package.
