Beyond the first year, Goserco, Inc. offers a variety of extended Warranty Coverage and Support Plans that can be tailored to fit just about any budget or business need.

  platinum warranty coverage membershipPlatinum – 24/7/365 on-site for service emergencies, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on-site for non-emergencies, unlimited technical support via phone (remote access required), all parts and labor covered, scheduled quarterly refresher training for existing or new users, and recommended software upgrades*.

gold maintenance membershipGold – Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Remote or on-site for emergencies and non-emergencies, unlimited technical support via phone (remote access required), all parts and labor covered, scheduled annual refresher training for existing or new users, and recommended software upgrades*.

silver maintenance membershipSilver – Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm remote and phone support for emergencies and non-emergencies, all parts and labor covered for depot repairs. Software upgrades approved for end-user installation are included.

 

*Recommended software upgrades include manufacturer-recommended service packs, intra-version revisions, patches, and updates, etc. These upgrades may or may not include additional functionality or features. Major software version revisions (e.g. version levels) that include new functionality and features, may have additional nominal charge and/or require purchased hardware upgrade (e.g. larger hard drives, etc.).
